ChargedAs has added multiple Volty Powerbank station partner venues since our rollout began last month, as we step up our commitment to keeping Kiwis connected with our trusted phone charging service.

On Thursday alone, we set up stations at: Mexico Ellerslie, Joylab’s Goode Brothers Italian restaurant-bars in New Lynn and Botany, and University of Auckland venues Strata Cafe and Shaky Isles Coffee Co.

Users can pick up and drop off power banks at any partner venue. Check out our Volty app map to find your nearest Volty venue.

Revenue share

ChargedAs shares revenue with clients and charges nothing to set up and maintain Volty stations. It’s all part of our “support local” ethos.

We’re keeping power bank rental prices at a super-low $1.75 per hour, $7 maximum per day until 31 January 2023, in line with NZ inflation-relief measures, and charge only $42 if the Volty Powerbank isn’t returned after 6 days.
