Well Foundation helps keep hospital users connected

The Well Foundation just added two more ChargedAs “Tap ‘n’ Go” phone charging stations in North Shore and Waitakere Hospitals!

Using these contactless payment stations is as easy as child’s play. You just select the amount of time you want to charge your phone for in the locker for, tap your card on the card reader and once payment is authorised, lock your phone in the locker and you’re good to go!

We share revenue with clients, so when you’re charging your phone in North Shore or Waitakere Hospital, you’re helping the Well Foundation — the official charity for North Shore Hospital, Waitākere Hospital and community health services across West Auckland, North Shore and Rodney.

They have some great fundraising initiatives — including a recent project to construct New Zealand’s first, large-scale indoor Healing Garden.

Keeping hospital users connected

Secure phone charging stations help keep hospital users connected in times of need.

Charging stations alleviate stress for patients and visitors, enhancing their overall experience.

Visitors can stay connected with friends and family whilst in waiting rooms.

Charging stations also help ensure children can stay occupied while waiting for appointments.

Productivity is boosted for staff at health care centres with phone charging stations as they no longer have to deal with charging requests.
